In four 60 minute sessions, Dr. Hidaji reveals techniques to quiet the mental noise that most of us live with, in order to naturally allow our life purpose to surface and take hold in our day-to-day life. You will leave each session renewed, refreshed, and ready to try an ample toolbox of techniques with which to reduce stress and live your life fully, vibrantly, and consciously.
